Purdue watershed research featured on 'Bioenergy' cover
A Purdue research team was recently featured on the cover of Global Change Biology's journal Bioenergy.
The team was led by Department of Earth, Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences Professor and Head Indrajeet Chaubey, and included members of Purdue's Agricultural and Biological Engineering and Agronomy departments. Using an improved version of the Soil Water and Assesment Tool (also known as SWAT), the team found that bioenergy production scenarios that incorporate perennial grasses could reduce pollution at watershed sites.
