October brought flights around Lake Michigan to make direct measurements of lake influence using water vapor stable isotopes from the Airborne Laboratory for Atmospheric Research. This will to allow us to estimate the relative amount of lake influence on the downwind atmosphere and the extent to which that moisture influences higher levels in the atmosphere.
